Jonathan Bloom

Jonathan Bloom, an Institute Scientist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, is a leading figure in the intersection of biology and computation. With a strong background as a mathematician and engineer, Jon co-founded the Hail team at Broad, which developed systems now globally used in academia and industry to analyze sequenced genomes, thereby illuminating the biology of diseases.
