Coline Devin

Coline Devin is a 4th year PhD student in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) at UC Berkeley, guided by globally acclaimed leaders in robotics and AI, Professors Sergey Levine, Pieter Abbeel, and Trevor Darrell. Her research intersects deep learning, computer vision, and robotics, with a particular focus on transfer learning, representation learning, and the incorporation of objects into data-driven robot learning.

Already, Coline has co-authored 8 papers, featuring in prominent conferences such as ICRA, ICLR, and CORL. Recognized for her potential, she received the NSF Graduate Fellowship in 2017, an award designed to foster early-career scientists and engineers in STEM fields. Coline's professional experience includes internships at renowned institutions. She was an intern at DeepMind in 2015, focusing on curiosity and efficient exploration for AI agents, worked on NLP at MILA in Montreal, and served as a software engineering intern at Google. Before embarking on her PhD, Coline earned a BS in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College.
